CERTIPAQ carries out an audit to confirm compliance. The certified operator is a member of The Defence and Management Organisation and is entered onto the list of operators published in the Official Bulletin of Intellectual Property, in accordance with article L721-6 item 5 of the Code of Industrial Property.
